টিকা নিয়ে সুস্থ আছি : স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী
ডেস্ক রির্পোট সোনারগাঁ টাইমস ২৪ ডটকম : করোনা টিকা নেয়ার পর সাংবাদিকদের কাছে প্রতিক্রিয়া জানিয়েছেন স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী জাহিদ মালেক। তিনি বলেন, করোনা টিকা নেয়ার পর ৩০ মিনিট বিশ্রাম নিয়েছি। শরীরে কোনো পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া দেখা দেয়নি। আমার সঙ্গে আরও পাঁচজন মন্ত্রী এই হাসপাতালে করোনা টিকা নিয়েছেন। তাদেরও কারও পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া হয়নি।
রোববার (৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি) বেলা সাড়ে ১১টায় মহাখালীর শেখ রাসেল জাতীয় গ্যাস্ট্রোলিভার ইনস্টিটিউট ও হাসপাতালে করোনার টিকা নেন স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী। পরে দুপুর ১২টা ১৫ মিনিটে সাংবাদিকদের সঙ্গে এ প্রতিক্রিয়া জানান তিনি।
স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, আমাদের কাছে ৭০ হাজার করোনার টিকা রয়েছে। এসব টিকা সারাদেশে জেলা-উপজেলায় পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়েছে। আশাকরি কারও কোনো পার্শপ্রতিক্রিয়া হবে না। কারও পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া হলে তাদের চিকিৎসা দিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট হাসপাতালের চিকিৎসক ও সেবিকাদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেয়া হয়েছে। আশাকরি আমরা সফলতার সঙ্গে টিকা ব্যবহার করতে পারব।
তিনি বলেন, বাংলাদেশ একটি ঘনবসতিপূর্ণ দেশ। এখন বিশ্বে করোনা সংক্রমণের দিক থেকে সর্বনিম্ন হার বাংলাদেশে। আশাকরি শিগগির করোনা সংক্রমণ শূন্যের কোঠায় নেমে আসবে।
করোনা টিকা নেয়ার পর সবাইকে মাস্ক পরতে হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী। তিনি বলেন, করোনা টিকা দুই ধাপে নিতে হয়। আজ যারা টিকা নেবেন, নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের পর তাদের আবার টিকা নিতে হবে। এই সময় এবং পরবর্তী সময়ে প্রত্যেককেই মাস্ক পরতে হবে।
আজ সারাদেশে বিভিন্ন হাসপাতালে করোনার টিকা দেয়া হলেও অনেকে এসএমএস পাননি বলেও অভিযোগ রয়েছে। সাংবাদিকদের এমন প্রশ্নের জবাবে স্বাস্থ্যমন্ত্রী বলেন, এমন অভিযোগ শুনেছি। কারিগরি ত্রুটি সমাধানের জন্য কাজ চলছে। এছাড়া যে কেউ সংশ্লিষ্ট হাসপাতালে গিয়ে নিবন্ধন করতে পারবেন।
তিনি বলেন, গ্রামে দেশে ৭০ ভাগ মানুষ বাস করেন। তাদের এই টিকা কার্যক্রমে নিয়ে আসছে জেলাপ্রশাসন, উপজেলা প্রশাসন কাজ করছেন। আশাকরি এখন আর কেউ গুজব ছড়াবেন না।
