ওয়াজ শুনে ফেরার পথে মাদরাসাছাত্রের পুরুষাঙ্গ কেটে দিল দুর্বৃত্তরা
নারায়ণগঞ্জের সোনারগাঁও উপজেলায় ইব্রাহিম হোসেন (১৫) নামে এক মাদারাসা পুরুষাঙ্গ জননাঙ্গ কেটে দিয়েছে দুর্বৃত্তরা।
আশঙ্কাজনক অবস্থায় তাকে ঢাকায় শেখ হাসিনা জাতীয় বার্ন অ্যান্ড প্লাস্টিক সার্জারি ইনস্টিটিউটে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে।
শনিবার (৫ ডিসেম্বর) ভোরে উপজেলার মোগরাপাড়া চৌরাস্তা এলাকায় এ ঘটনা ঘটে। তবে বিকেল পর্যন্ত এ ঘটনায় কোনো মামলা হয়নি।
আহত ইব্রাহিম হোসেন উপজেলার হামছাদি গ্রামের আনোয়ার উদ্দিনের ছেলে। সে উলুকান্দি জামেয়া ইসলামিয়া মাদরাসার হেফজখানার ছাত্র।
ওই ছাত্রকে উদ্ধার করা কামরুজ্জামান রানা বলেন, ‘রাত ১২টার দিকে মোগরাপাড়া চৌরাস্তায় রক্তাক্ত অবস্থা পড়েছিল ইব্রাহিম। রক্ত দেখে তাকে সাহায্যের জন্য কেউ এগিয়ে আসতে চায়নি। পরে ৯৯৯ নম্বরে ফোন দিয়ে পুলিশকে বিষয়টি জানাই। ইব্রাহিমকে উপজেলা স্বাস্থ্য কমপ্লেক্সের চিকিৎসকরা তাকে ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে পাঠান। আশঙ্কাজনক অবস্থায় সে এখন শেখ হাসিনা জাতীয় বার্ন অ্যান্ড প্লাস্টিক সার্জারি ইনস্টিটিউটে চিকিৎসাধীন।’
সোনারগাঁ থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) রফিকুল ইসলাম বলেন, এক কিশোরের পুরুষাঙ্গ কেটে দিয়েছে দুর্বৃত্তরা। ওই কিশোরকে ঢাকায় পাঠানো হয়েছে। পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে এখনো অভিযোগ পাইনি। অভিযোগ পেলে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবে। তবে এ বিষয়ে তদন্ত চলছে।
আহত ইব্রাহিমের বরাত দিয়ে বড় ভাই ওমর ফারুক বলেন, ‘শুক্রবার রাতে বাড়ির পাশে বালুয়াদিঘির পাড়ে ওয়াজ শোনার জন্য যায় ইব্রাহিম। বাড়ি ফেরার পথে পানাম সিটির কাছে কে বা কারা পেছন থেকে চোখে কাপড় বেঁধে স্প্রে দিয়ে অচেতন করে ফেলে। তারপর কি হয়েছে সে কিছুই বলতে পারেনি।’
তিনি বলেন, এক মাস আগে বাড়ির পাশে মসজিদের ইমামের একটি ভুল ধরা নিয়ে ইব্রাহিমের সঙ্গে ইমামের বিরোধ ছিল। এছাড়া তার কোনো শত্রু নেই। আমরা থানায় অভিযোগ দেব।’
